Returns and Exchanges

We want everyone to be happy and love their product. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you. The best way to contact us is at management@tralamusic.com.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If it is not our error, return shipping will be your responsibility. Before returning please email us at management@tralamusic.com to explain the reason for your return.

All funds, except for original shipping, will be refunded after we have received the return & inspected the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


EXCHANGES
Clothing can be tricky and we do our best to guide you in the size needed through the description. But, if for some reason you find the item you have purchased does not fit correctly & needs to be exchanged for a different size please reach out to us at management@tralamusic.com.

All exchanges are processed once we have received the return of the original item. Shipping back to us will be your responsibility, but we will cover the shipping charges of the new item back to you.

If, for some reason, we make an error on our end, we will cover the shipping going both directions. We will direct how to do this via email after reaching out to us.
